Richard Kenny, MAI, MBA
Richard leads Falcon’s underwriting, financial strategy, investor relations and investment committee, and takes every investor call himself. He is a business strategist, real estate valuation and investment expert, and a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve with 17 years of service. A distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, he served on active duty as an officer specializing in the negotiation and administration of government contracts, then earned his MBA and the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute while building more than a decade as a business owner. Richard is also President of Keystone Valuations, the family’s appraisal company.
Outside the office he is a husband to Caroline and a father of two, an active member of the Alpharetta Rotary Club, and a golfer who has played more than 20 of the world’s top courses on his way through 25-plus countries. More at richard360.com.
Rikki Jäck
Rikki sources and underwrites Falcon’s deals, manages its properties and partners, and runs quarterly investor reporting. He founded Creative Real Estate in 2019 and has facilitated over $300 million of multifamily investment deals. His career began at a Cape Town firm selling turnkey U.S. rental homes, where he first worked with the Kennys, before he moved into syndicating medical office buildings in Georgia and then multifamily apartments.
Having started on the limited-partner side, where his job was to verify what a sponsor told investors, Rikki brings that scrutiny to every Falcon deal. He is also a partner in Kay Finance, a capital advisory firm.

With more than a decade of experience, he is trusted for solving demanding valuation challenges with advanced statistical analysis and engineering expertise. His practice spans mineral and natural resource properties, wetlands mitigation banking, solar and renewable energy assets, environmental impact valuation and economic impact studies: work at the intersection of valuation, engineering and litigation.
